[CONFIRM: Sophie to approve this bio] Sophie is a lawyer and a director of Denrow, with more than ten years advising businesses. She reads the contracts, structures and risks that sit behind the numbers: customer terms, supplier and partner agreements, governance, and the documents a founder signs as the business grows. At Denrow she works alongside Ralph, so that a model and the contract it depends on are read by someone who understands both. She also runs The Entrepreneur’s Contracts and Risk Playbook, a 45-minute live workshop on the contract risks founders face when they launch or scale. Her focus is practical, plain-English guidance that helps owners avoid expensive mistakes before they commit.
Ralph M.
Director – Finance · Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA, CGMA)
Ralph is a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA, CGMA) and a director of Denrow. His background is in financial planning and analysis in banking, where the job is turning numbers into decisions that someone else has to sign off. At Denrow he builds the models, tests the assumptions a lender or investor will challenge, and tells owners plainly what the numbers mean for the decision in front of them. He leads the Financial Decision Analysis sessions, Financial Model Audits and Decision Sprints, and uses AI tools to speed up the drafting while doing the checking and the judgement himself. He works with founders, business owners and directors across the UAE, the UK and internationally on pricing, hiring, raising, borrowing, and buying or selling a business.
Fixed scope
Every engagement has a named deliverable and a fee agreed in writing before work starts. Ad-hoc questions in between are billed hourly at an agreed rate.
Independence
We do not sell bookkeeping, tax filing or company setup, so our recommendations are never a route to selling more of it. Where you need those, we refer you to a partner.
